Saute it well. ( chopped ) <\/span> <\/li>\n<li><span itemprop=\"ingredients\">Small onion \u2013 5-10 nos (peeled n chopped) <\/span> <\/li>\n<li><span itemprop=\"ingredients\">Tamarind \u2013 small berry size<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span itemprop=\"ingredients\">Urad dal \u2013 1 tbsp <\/span> <\/li>\n<li><span itemprop=\"ingredients\">Red chilli \u2013 4 nos (adjust to ur taste) <\/span> <\/li>\n<li><span itemprop=\"ingredients\">Salt &amp; water \u2013 as needed. <\/span> <\/li>\n<li><span itemprop=\"ingredients\">Cooking and gingely oil \u2013 1 tbsp each<\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<strong>METHOD<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><br \/><\/strong><\/div>\n<div itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n<table align=\"center\" bgcolor=\"#efefef\" border=\"0\" cellpadding=\"1\" cellspacing=\"1\" style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\">\n<ul>\n<li>Heat a kadai with 1 tbsp of cooking oil and roast the urad dal and red chilli till light golden brown.Set aside.  <\/li>\n<li>In the same kadai with the remaining oil , saute the chopped big and small onions together till transparent.  <\/li>\n<li>Grind all the above with tamarind,reqd salt and water to a smooth paste.  <\/li>\n<li>Now heat the kadai and add the sesame\/gingely oil .No need to temper.Its optional.  <\/li>\n<li>Once it is hot add the chutney to it and saute well till it becomes thick in a medium flame.
