My hubby loved it.Its color &amp; taste is similar to ragi dosa.I prepared tomato chutney as accompaniment.I asked her the ingredients of the powder,ground in mill and kept it.I make this once in a week nowadays instead of the usual <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chitrasfoodbook.com\/2009\/02\/instant-raagi-finger-millet-dosa-with.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ragi dosa<\/a> .Try this , iam sure u\u2019ll love this healthy dosa. <\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.chitrasfoodbook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/Health-mix-dosa_thumb-4.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Health mix dosa\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.chitrasfoodbook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/Health-mix-dosa_thumb-4.jpg?resize=520%2C395&#038;ssl=1\" height=\"395\" style=\"border-width: 0px; display: inline;\" title=\"Health mix dosa\" width=\"520\"><\/a> <\/div>\n<\/p>\n<div id=\"inpostAd1PlaceHolder\">\n<\/div>\n<p><strong><u>INGREDIENTS :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ragi \u2013 1 kg <\/li>\n<li>Urad dal \u2013 250gms <\/li>\n<li>Moong dal \u2013 125 gms <\/li>\n<li>Toor dal \u2013 125 gms <\/li>\n<li>Jeera \u2013 2 tbsp <\/li>\n<li>Pepper corns \u2013 3 tbsp <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For dosa :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Health mix powder \u2013 1 cup <\/li>\n<li>Sour curd \u2013 1\/4 cup <\/li>\n<li>Salt &amp; water \u2013 As needed <\/li>\n<li>Whole Pepper corns \u2013 Few (if required) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Method :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take one cup of health mix powder in a wide mouthed bowl and add the sour curd , salt , pepper corns with required water . <\/li>\n<li>Mix well to make a dosa batter consistency.I made it watery to get a crispy dosa. <\/li>\n<li>Heat a dosa tawa and pour the batter in a circular manner from outwards. <\/li>\n<li>Drizzle little oil and cook on both sides. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Enjoy eating&nbsp; this crispy , lacy , hot&nbsp; dosa with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chitrasfoodbook.com\/2009\/02\/instant-raagi-finger-millet-dosa-with.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tomato<\/a> or coconut chutney !!<br \/>\n<strong><u>Note :<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\nIf u want to prepare the dosa instantly , u need to add the curd for sour taste.If u prepare the batter before 3-4 hrs , no need to use the curd.It will be fermented by the time u make dosa.So please use the ingredients accordingly.<\/p>\n<div id=\"inpostAd2PlaceHolder\">\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My neighbor gave me a homemade&nbsp; health mix powder and told me to make dosa with it.
