Do try this.I am sure u\u2019ll like it.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.chitrasfoodbook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/rawaroti1_thumb37.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"rawa roti 1\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.chitrasfoodbook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/rawaroti1_thumb37.jpg?resize=520%2C414&#038;ssl=1\" height=\"414\" style=\"border-width: 0px; display: inline;\" title=\"rawa roti 1\" width=\"520\"><\/a> <\/div>\n<\/p>\n<div id=\"inpostAd1PlaceHolder\">\n<\/div>\n<p><strong><u>INGREDIENTS&nbsp;<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><u>&nbsp;1 cup &#8211; 200ml<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Semolina\/Rava \/ Sooji &#8211;&nbsp; 1 cup <\/li>\n<li>Sour Curd \u2013 1\/4 cup ( OR 1\/2 cup of buttermilk)<\/li>\n<li>Big onion \u2013 1 no (Finely chopped ) <\/li>\n<li>Green chilly \u2013 1-2 no (-do-) <\/li>\n<li>Ginger \u2013 1 inch piece (-do-) <\/li>\n<li>Curry leaves \u2013 a few (-do-) <\/li>\n<li>Coriander leaves \u2013 Few (-do-) <\/li>\n<li>Salt &amp; water \u2013 As needed. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>METHOD :<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mix all the ingredients given above in a bowl. Add water to make the batter slightly thicker than idly batter. <\/li>\n<li>Now in a dosa tawa , pour the batter &amp; spread it with ur hands or spatula. ( if u find difficult to spread , add more water.) <\/li>\n<li>Drizzle little oil around it.Cover &amp; cook for sometime. <\/li>\n<li>Flip it &amp; cook for some more time. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Enjoy with the chutney of ur choice..<\/p>\n<p>For variations u can also use sour buttermilk instead of curd &amp; water ..<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<div id=\"inpostAd2PlaceHolder\">\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I got this recipe from a website.
