I tried this dosa with the recipe roughly told by the chef to the anchor. I have never eaten or seen this dosa variety in any hotel . I found this recipe new &amp; interesting .I love to try sweet corn recipes as it is our family favourite.It was very tasty and we loved it with<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chitrasfoodbook.com\/2009\/10\/hotel-white-red-chutney.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>coconut chutney<\/strong><\/a> as side..Do try this , i am sure u\u2019ll find it different &amp; tasty <img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Smile\" class=\"wlEmoticon wlEmoticon-smile\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.chitrasfoodbook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/wlEmoticon-smile-2-1.png?ssl=1\" style=\"border-bottom-style: none; border-left-style: none; border-right-style: none; border-top-style: none;\">. I\u2019ll post some more dosa varieties soon..<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.chitrasfoodbook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/CORN-MASALA_thumb-6.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"CORN MASALA\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.chitrasfoodbook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/CORN-MASALA_thumb-6.jpg?resize=379%2C504&#038;ssl=1\" height=\"504\" style=\"background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-top-width: 0px; display: inline; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;\" title=\"CORN MASALA\" width=\"379\"><\/a><\/div>\n<div id=\"inpostAd1PlaceHolder\">\n<\/div>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>1 cup &#8211; 200ml<\/strong><\/div>\n<table align=\"center\" bgcolor=\"#efefef\" border=\"1\" cellpadding=\"1\" cellspacing=\"1\" style=\"width: 500px;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"500\">\n<ul>\n<li>Fresh boiled sweet corn kennels \u2013 1 cup  <\/li>\n<li>Big onion \u2013 2 nos (medium sized)  <\/li>\n<li>Tomato \u2013 2 nos  <\/li>\n<li>Ginger garlic paste \u2013 1\/2 tsp (optional)  <\/li>\n<li>Red chilli powder \u2013 1 tsp  <\/li>\n<li>Dhania powder \u2013 3\/4 tsp  <\/li>\n<li>Garam masala powder \u2013 1\/2 tsp  <\/li>\n<li>Curry leaves- few  <\/li>\n<li>Fennel seeds \u2013 1\/2 tsp  <\/li>\n<li>Jeera\/cumin seeds \u2013 1\/2 tsp  <\/li>\n<li>Cooking oil \u2013 2 tbsp  <\/li>\n<li>Salt &amp; water \u2013 as needed  <\/li>\n<li>Coriander leaves \u2013 to garnish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chitrasfoodbook.com\/2009\/01\/idly-with-tomato-sambhar.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Idli\/Dosa batter<\/a> \u2013 3 cups (to make dosas)<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<\/div>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<strong>METHOD<\/strong><\/div>\n<table align=\"center\" bgcolor=\"#efefef\" border=\"1\" cellpadding=\"1\" cellspacing=\"1\" style=\"width: 613px;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"609\">\n<ul>\n<li>Boil the sweet corn adding required salt &amp; water. Remove the corn kennels and set aside.(please refer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chitrasfoodbook.com\/2012\/12\/corn-cheese-balls-kids-snacks.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this post<\/a> for easy removal of corn kennels)  <\/li>\n<li>In a kadai , heat oil and temper the cumin &amp; fennel seeds. Add g&amp;g paste if necessary.Saute till the raw smell emanates.Then add the finely chopped onions , saute till it turns transparent.Now add the tomato pieces &amp; saute till its mushy. Now add the turmeric powder , red chilli powder , dhania powder &amp; garam masala powder , salt &amp; mix well, cook for sometime.Make sure it doesn\u2019t get burnt.. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.chitrasfoodbook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/corn-masala-dosa-tile-1_thumb-1.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"corn masala dosa tile 1\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.chitrasfoodbook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/corn-masala-dosa-tile-1_thumb-1.jpg?resize=604%2C154&#038;ssl=1\" height=\"154\" style=\"background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-top-width: 0px; display: inline; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;\" title=\"corn masala dosa tile 1\" width=\"604\"><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Finally add the corn kennels with little water and mix well and cook for sometime to get all the masala infuse into it &amp; the mixture becomes dry.Switch off the stove &amp; garnish with coriander leaves..<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.chitrasfoodbook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/corn-masala-dosa-tile-2_thumb-2.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"corn masala dosa tile 2\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.chitrasfoodbook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/corn-masala-dosa-tile-2_thumb-2.jpg?resize=554%2C210&#038;ssl=1\" height=\"210\" style=\"background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-top-width: 0px; display: inline; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;\" title=\"corn masala dosa tile 2\" width=\"554\"><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Now heat a&nbsp; dosa tawa, pour a ladle full of batter &amp; spread it nicely.Drizzle oil ,Cover &amp; cook it for sometime in medium flame till u get a nice color. Then keep the masala in the center of the dosa , close it &amp; serve hot with any chutney !!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a
