My sister told me to try long back but that time i dint have any idea about its taste &amp; look.Recently i tasted this dish in some restaurants , did research&nbsp; <img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Thinking smile\" class=\"wlEmoticon wlEmoticon-thinkingsmile\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.chitrasfoodbook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/wlEmoticon-thinkingsmile2.png?ssl=1\" style=\"border-bottom-style: none; border-left-style: none; border-right-style: none; border-top-style: none;\"> &amp; finally i tried at home to match the taste of chilli parotta i had in restaurants.I rarely buy ready made parotas as my hubby is not much fond of them.So far i have bought them only thrice. First two times to try parotta&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chitrasfoodbook.com\/2012\/08\/vegetable-salna-for-parotta.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">salna<\/a><\/strong> recipe &amp; this time to make chilli parotta. I made it little spicy to suit its name. If u wanna make it less spicy , reduce the quantity of red chilli powder OR add lime juice before serving.. Do try this simple ,colourful , easy dinner recipe &amp; let me know how u liked it \u2026 <\/div>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.chitrasfoodbook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/chilli-parota.jpg?ssl=1\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"inpostAd1PlaceHolder\">\n<\/div>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/div>\n<table align=\"center\" bgcolor=\"#efefef\" border=\"0\" cellpadding=\"1\" cellspacing=\"1\" style=\"width: 80%;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"500\">\n<ul>\n<li>Parotta \u2013 2 nos  <\/li>\n<li>Cooking oil \u2013&nbsp; 2 tbsp  <\/li>\n<li>Small Bell pepper \u2013 1\/2 no ( cut into small cubes)  <\/li>\n<li>Big onion \u2013 2 nos (medium size , slice cut)  <\/li>\n<li>Tomato \u2013 1 nos ( finely chopped)  <\/li>\n<li>Ginger \u2013 Garlic paste \u2013 1\/2 tsp  <\/li>\n<li>Curry leaves &#8211; few  <\/li>\n<li>Turmeric powder \u2013 1\/4 tsp  <\/li>\n<li>Red chilli powder \u2013 1 tsp ( Use 1\/2 tsp for less spice)<\/li>\n<li>Coriander powder \u2013 1\/2 &#8211; 3\/4 tsp  <\/li>\n<li>Garam masala powder \u2013 1\/2 tsp  <\/li>\n<li>Tomato ketchup \/ sauce \u2013 1 tbsp  <\/li>\n<li>Salt &amp; water \u2013 As needed  <\/li>\n<li>Lime juice \u2013 few drops (optional)  <\/li>\n<li>Coriander leaves \u2013 to garnish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<\/div>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<strong>METHOD<\/strong><\/div>\n<table align=\"center\" bgcolor=\"#efefef\" border=\"0\" cellpadding=\"1\" cellspacing=\"1\" style=\"width: 100%;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"609\">\n<ul>\n<li>Cook the frozen parotta as per the directions given in the pack .. Cut into strips &amp; then into square pieces..Keep aside. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.chitrasfoodbook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/chilli-parotta-tile-1_thumb1.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"chilli parotta tile 1\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.chitrasfoodbook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/chilli-parotta-tile-1_thumb1.jpg?resize=604%2C229&#038;ssl=1\" height=\"229\" style=\"background-image: none; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-top-width: 0px; display: inline; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;\" title=\"chilli parotta tile 1\" width=\"604\"><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In a kadai heat oil , saute the ginger garlic paste ( be careful , it splutters while u saute) till its raw smell leaves.Now add the onions, curry leaves ,bell pepper pieces &amp; saute till it turns transparent..
