border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-top-width: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;\">.This dosa recipe was a huge success with my daughter and i am making it very often for her lunch box with some variations(Refer notes).I usually add more carrots &amp; less cheese as she likes to eat carrot in dosas and i don\u2019t want her to consume more cheese.So this dosa tastes little sweetish.She likes to have this dosa with idli podi.Adjust the quantity of cheese n carrot and replace coriander with capsicum &amp; 1 tbsp<\/span>  <\/li>\n<li><span itemprop=\"ingredients\">Finely chopped onions &#8211; 1\/2 no ( optional)<\/span>  <\/li>\n<li><span itemprop=\"ingredients\">Oil.ghee &#8211; 1 tsp for each dosa<\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<strong>METHOD<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><br \/><\/strong><\/div>\n<div itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n<table align=\"center\" bgcolor=\"#efefef\" border=\"0\" cellpadding=\"1\" cellspacing=\"1\" style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\">\n<ul>\n<li>Wash and Grate carrot.Chop onions(if using) and coriander leaves finely.Grate cheese n set aside OR u can grate it directly over the dosa.Heat dosa pan and pour a ladleful of batter.Do not spread it.Batter should not be too thick or too thin.After pouring the dosa batter,simmer the flame completely.Leave it for few seconds.Bubble will start to appear.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.chitrasfoodbook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/cheese-uttapam-1_thumb-3.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"cheese uttapam 1\" border=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.chitrasfoodbook.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/cheese-uttapam-1_thumb-3.jpg?resize=500%2C167&#038;ssl=1\" height=\"167\" style=\"background-image: none;
