Mix well and add water little by little to make a soft,non sticky dough. Knead it well for 5 minutes. Apply one tsp of oil and let it soak for 15 minutes. Mix well and make balls. Roll it to make a small thick poori. Make sure the center is thicker and the sides are slightly thin. Now roll &amp; make a smooth ball. Flatten in slightly using your palm and dust with wheat flour. Roll it to make a round thin paratha.
