So I have shared nearly 20 different types of rasam recipes that are pure vegetarian since 2009. Some are my mom&#8217;s spicy Tirunelveli \/ Nellai-style rasam recipe and others are traditional Thanjavur \/ Tanjore-style from my mother-in-law.
