In midst of lockdown without our cook who made chapatis we were at wits end on what to do. I had mastered your soft upma recipe so turned again to you. Chapatis came out superb right from first attempt. Some learning iterations about quantity of water as per flour as we make 20 chapatis whenever needed. But one third water to flour qty seems to work well. And patient through kneading for 10 mins.
