In reply to Unknown. Hello, Thanks for making Millet powder. I think the batter is thick. So dosa became dry and hard. Please make it watery, it should be pourable concentrically. For trouble shooting, you can add little wheat flour to the batter and make dosa. It makes the dosa soft too.

Hi, I love ur blog and inspired by it I made Millet energy mix powder as posted by you.I tried to make dosa just by adding water and salt, but while pouring the mix in tawa itself was difficult it instantly became dry and hard and it was breaking.I don't know wats wrong, please help.
